What we’re talking about...

The Apprentice – We’re Hiring!

I may be no Alan Sugar (I’m far nicer 🙂 but I am on the search for the next big name; I am looking to hire an apprentice!

I don’t want to be saying ‘You’re Fired’ to anyone; I want someone who wants to grow with our business, someone who wants a career and is as motivated and as passionate about our business as we are!

As you may know by now, we aren’t just any other company, we are Distinct. You don’t need to have experience; your attitude and drive to succeed is key here! If you like office banter, unlimited diet coke and the chance to work with the best team in Nottingham keep reading!

THE ROLE:

We are a fast growing recruitment company based in Nottingham City Centre. Formed in 2016 and have taken on 26 members of staff in this time. Due to growth we are now looking to take on an Apprentice to work as part of the central team and supporting the Office Manager in all aspects of administration, customer service and supporting both consultants and management. This role offers a wealth of opportunity to grow your career and join a team of experienced professionals who love what they do! You will be learning from the best people in the game, there truly are no better mentors out there!

OUR TEAM:

We are nuts. there is no escaping it, some of us are more ‘normal’ than others but we aren’t your average team. We’re fab. We all love doing what we do, we love office banter but most importantly we live and breath the Distinct way. Just have a read of Alex’s blogs for an insight of what makes Distinct, distinct.

WORKING ALONG SIDE ME – WHAT TO EXPECT!

As most of your day will be spent along side me, its best to give you an idea of what your signing up to! I am a typical ‘girl’ I love sparkles, shopping and talking (some may say too much..) I drink lots of tea & coffee and LOVE food. I love Glastonbury and Ibiza and my world revolves around the tornado that is my 2 year old son Albie. I love helping people, nothing is too much to ask of me, I work 4 days per week so 1 day a week would be working on your own. Supporting the office is never boring, I am always busy and always doing different tasks, anything from compliance and referencing to ordering hundreds of chocolate bars from Cadburys!

So if you or you know someone who you think will stand out from the crowd and be the ‘next big thing’ in recruitment, get in touch! amyw@distinctrecruitment.com
