I am currently working with a leading service based organisation based in Leicester. They are looking for a Web Manager to join their team and manage their website offering. The website covers 22 different countries and 5 different languages and produces a minimum of 2 leads per week for the business. This role is an integral part of the business growth plans and will be a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who can challenge the norm!



  • Ensure the global website is in line with best practice and new technologies
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion on the global website
  • Manage external web development agency to improve the website performance, implement new design, fix bugs and keep up with the latest SEO best practice and web standards
  • Track and report on web metrics across the business using GoogleAnalytics
  • Manage the master content calendar for all web properties in conjunction with the divisional marketing team
  • Create, develop and manage content for the organisation’s international, multilingual website, including copywriting, editing and proofreading
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties, ensuring consistency with offline marketing communications
  • Create banners to support campaigns and content published across website and social media
  • Manage the divisional social media accounts, and monitor engagement and activity across the business.
  • Monitor the online reputation across external websites and networks using social monitoring tools for reputation monitoring and crisis management
  • Create and deliver the SEO strategy across the businesses to help drive and optimise the organic search traffic
  • Implement content plan and optimisation
  • Grow SEO traffic using various analytic tools and develop SEO initiatives
  • Communicate SEO activity and strategy to various parts of the business
  • Drive qualified traffic and higher rankings via content marketing and partnership management.



  • Experience using SEO, PPC/SEM, HTML
  • Experience managing multi-platform websites
  • Experience within marketing automation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
