This client is at the early stages of outsourcing payroll so if you have previously managed projects and implemented change this opportunity might be for you!

If you are wanting to further develop your project management experience whilst taking control and implementing change, this exciting role will give you the flexibility to do so. The purpose of this 12 months interim project is to outsource the payroll whilst managing and motivating a team.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Outsourcing payroll
• Give clear direction, set clear expectations and inspire/ motivate direct reports to excel
• Managing large volume payroll both weekly and monthly

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous project implementation experience
• Experience in altering and or changing systems
• Outsourcing experience
• Large volume payroll – monthly and weekly
• Previous management experience
