OVERVIEW

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The main purpose of the job is to coordinate the booking of all service delivery but also:

  • Communicate with staff and clients in order to schedule the delivery of services
  • Deal with referrals
  • Maintain suitable and sufficient records to show an account of all activities
  • Greeting clients and directing phone enquiries
  • Manage staff diaries

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of working in an office environment in an administrative capacity
  • Experience of customer service
  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration (or equivalent) – Desirable
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Awareness of the GDPR and Safeguarding Legislation – Desirable
  • You MUST be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
