We are recruiting for a Finance Administrator within Purchase Ledger which would suit an accountancy and finance graduate or someone who is looking to starting out in their finance career with a couple of months experience.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Main duties will include –

  • Processing invoices
  • Managing incoming customer correspondences by phone and email providing excellent customer service
  • Analyse queries and prepare responses

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer Service experience
  • Finance admin experience
  • Purchase ledger experience would be desirable
  • Strong excel skills
