OVERVIEW

The Inside Sales Executive works as part of the Sales team to make outbound sales calls and appointments for the field based Account Managers along with handling incoming sales enquiries. They will meet their sales targets through excellent product knowledge and execution of the sales process.

 

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Outbound Sales – contacting and engaging with a number of new prospects per day, selling digital media products
  • Outbound Lead Generation – contacting prospects who have responded to advertising or direct marketing campaigns, to qualify interest. And ideally selling a product or making an appointment for a field based Account Manager
  • Customer Service Support – manage the relationship beyond the sale and provide customer service for inbound enquiries regarding products and services
  • Administration – accurately populate and maintain records in Salesforce.com

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Telesales representative.
  • Wants to be and enjoys being a telesales representative

 

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets
  • Good knowledge of the internet and a willingness to learn about our products and services
  • Confident in presenting products and services over the phone, handling objections and negotiation
  • Tenacity and resilience with the ability to be up‐beat and move straight to the next call
