The company are a fast growing tech business (branded advert coming soon on this!) the role will report to two of the Directors and initially will be a stand alone finance position but you will certainly recruit and grow a team in the future. They offer flexible working, and by that I don’t mean they have it on their careers site and then question anyone who walks in at 9:05. This is proper flexible working. Whether you’re in an early starter, or someone who prefers to come in after rush hour, they are happy to flex for the right person. Essentially feel free to enjoy breakfast with the family, or bravely run away to work before chaos starts!
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production of timely and accurate month end management accounts
- Statutory accounts preparation and review with external accountants
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- KPI and MI reporting
- Variance analysis and reporting
- Ad-hoc project accounting and analysis
- Any other finance tasks
- Experience in a similar role
