OVERVIEW

A genuinely fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a people centric organisation as a Recruitment & HR Coordinator. This really is a lovely opportunity to join a busy and friendly team in a great working environment. You’ll be supporting the recruitment team and wider business to provide exceptional recruitment and HR administration support, getting involved in everything from complex selection scheduling and facilitation to offer and onboarding management.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaising with stakeholders across the business to schedule and organise complex and multiple stage selection events
  • Facilitate interview and selection events, providing world class candidate care through the end to end selection process
  • Responsible for the new starter and induction process, producing offers of employment; conducting the pre-employment reference checks and supporting with the set-up of the on- boarding process
  • Support the HR team in providing a comprehensive recruitment and HR service to employees and line managers
  • Updating the database and employee personnel files

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • You’ll have a ‘can do’ attitude and approach with initiative, self-sufficiency and a proactive approach
  • Proven experience in a HR administrative or equivalent role
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Fantastic candidate and stakeholder management skills
  • Have a continuous improvement approach
  • A team player, who works collaboratively across the team and wider business
