You’ll be joining an owner managed FMCG business in a role where you will clearly be able to see your impact. You’ll likely have a background within the Food / FMCG sector and have a track record of developing and motivating a range of field sales staff.
You’ll also get the chance to work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business to improve efficiencies as well as managing external relationships with key suppliers.
The training and development of the salesforce is a key element of this role. You’ll take full responsibility for performance management and the development of training programmes to give your team the best chance of success.
It’s a business that is big enough to provide you with progression and growth opportunities but it is not too big that you won’t be able to see the impact you can have. You’ll report straight in to the MD, working as his right hand person in a broad focussed Sales Leadership role.
