Have you just handed yet another set of data findings to your manager only for them to present it back and take all the credit? Take the credit for the insights you’ve highlighted, how’s that fair?!
If you know how to optimise on and offline data and can produce vital customer and media insight but don’t get to make recommendations on how it could all be done better, you’re potentially in the wrong role.
You know you’re capable of many things but understanding critical paths, conversion events and segmentation types is second nature to you, what you really want is to break the information down and translate the data into ways in which can improve the customer journey.
You’re a bit fed up of being overlooked and want to be part of a smaller marketing team with big plans; think ‘small but mighty!’ and imagine yourself among like-minded marketers who you can see yourself having a drink after work on a Friday with.
You don’t need to sit here and read a list of technical requirements because it’s pretty obvious that you will need to be an Execel guru and have a technical background. Ideally you will have experience with Alterian, Faststats or Access but this isn’t a must and you will be provided with training should you need it.
