8am – 4pm Monday to Friday, with 30 minutes lunch break

You will be proud to work at the front of house of this beautiful and modern building.

The purpose of this role is to support the Manager to ensure the building meets its objectives for high quality customer service, through effective and efficient management of the facility.

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company and the duties will include administrative tasks to maintain high quality customer service experience for all tenants, visitors and staff



  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Dealing with car parking arrangements for visitors, booking visitor spaces for tenant visitors and issuing car park permits as appropriate
  • Booking taxis for staff
  • Telephone services including answering calls, transfer of calls to appropriate persons, or taking and timely distribution of messages.
  • Ensure the reception, post room, common areas and entrance to the building are immaculate in appearance – organising any work which needs to be done
  • Assisting with deliveries/collections from Royal Mail / Couriers when required
  • Acting as first point of contact for tenants and for the facilities department



  • Proven Reception & Administration experience is essential
  • You will have a friendly and positive manner
  • Top notch customer service skills and the desire to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • IT skills, especially MS Office
