THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a varied position and would suit an ‘all-rounder’
Daily duties include:
- Reception duties – meeting and greeting any visitors, offering drinks, taking messages and dealing with post.
- Administration duties – answering emails and phone calls, invoicing, inputting information onto the database including holiday requests
- Finance duties – inputting information onto the payroll system, invoicing, data entry
- A great sense of humour! This team work hard and play hard, they love a bit of banter in the office but also knuckle down to get the job done.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A willingness to learn and turn your hand to anything.
