Salary: £23k with a target related bonus
Your main focus is to be responsible for a designated set of accounts. You will provide account management, sales support and overall customer service.
You will keep your customers informed of deals, promotions, changes, products, services and take every step to increase their level of business whilst at all times, offer an exceptional level of customer service!
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure through effective relationship building, planning, preparation and sales activity that your target is achieved and exceeded each month.
- Use monthly targets as a basis for planning relevant sales activity to meet and exceed those targets.
- Proactively work with Head of Sales/Sales Support Manager to ensure that activity levels are more than appropriate to ensure that sales targets are consistently achieved.
- Submit deals and support tariff analysis to support retention
- Keep up to date with what other distributors and networks currently offer.
- Ensure you are informed on changes within the industry and able to discuss with when necessary.
- Resolve queries and customer service issues
- Provide the best customer experience at all times.
- Promote a good work ethic and working relationship within your team and departments outside of sales.
- Ensure adherence to company control requirements including authority level guidelines.
- Telecoms or IT industry background would be beneficial.
- Experience working in customer service, helpdesk or sales desk environment.
- Sales driven and passionate about achieving results.
- Self-starter: able to motivate self and work within a team.
- Proven track record, and successful in an internal sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communicator with good verbal and written skills.
- Numerate and able to interpret and produce sales related data.
- Assertive with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
