OVERVIEW

We’re currently working with a prestigious employer of choice in Leicestershire who are looking to appoint two experienced CIPD L3 qualified (or equivalent) HR Officer’s with a strong ER bias.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll be closely partnering with senior stakeholders to help advise and manage the following:

  • Managing complex disciplinary and grievances cases through to completion
  • Managing change projects & consultation processes
  • Absence management & liaison with occupational health regarding capability
  • Supporting with the recruitment and selection processes
  • Coaching line managers to improve the performance of their teams and advising on best practice
  • Succession and talent planning
  • Keeping up to date with & practically applying relevant legislation
  • Developing training programmes and delivering to all levels

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • CIPD 3 or equivalent qualification – study support available
  • Demonstrable experience of understanding and applying employment law
  • Risk awareness and ability to exercise judgement appropriately
  • Commercial approach, able to balance organisational and employee needs
  • Fantastic written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Good coaching, networking, influencing & negotiating skills
