A wonderful opportunity has arisen to join a large manufacturing organisation as an interim HRBP on a 9-month FTC. You’ll be leading on a large restructuring and consultation programme and coaching line managers on HR best practice

  • Lead large-scale restructuring and consultation and redundancy process
  • Liaising with a variety of stakeholders involved in policy and payroll to support the consultation process
  • Administering records and maintaining employee records in line with the DPA
  • Interpreting and advising on employment law
  • Managing high volume ER issues, dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
  • Manage all new starters and leavers process, including TUPE
  • Planning, and delivering, training and coaching sessions to upskill leaders on best practice



  • A minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar role with proven track record ideally in a manufacturing or equivalent organisation
  • Up to date with current legislation
  • Understanding that flexibility and willingness to adapt will be fundamental to undertake variety of responsibilities
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • CIPD Qualified (Minimum Level 5) or equivalent qualification
