Interim Project Accountant, Giltbrook, Nottinghamshire, £30,000

Are you looking for your next interim assignment? Do you prefer a role that takes you away from the month-end management accounting routine that has more of a project accounting focus?

The business are looking for a Project Accountant to  join the finance team for around 12 months. The role will focus on project accounting, P & L reporting and producing management information for the senior leadership team.

You’ll be a Part Qualified Accountant with experience of financial reporting and available to start a new role at the beginning of March.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Project Managers to produce performance reports for their area of the business
• Project profitability analysis and insight – reporting to the leadership team
• Revenue recognition and tracking of project billing
• Production of insightful management information for the senior leadership team
• Support the Finance Manager with the production of budgets and forecasts
• Support the Management Accountant with month-end reporting where required

REQUIREMENTS

• CIMA / ACCA Part Qualified
• Strong reporting experience
