Ongoing temporary contract

Hours: Based on a rota 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday and Sundays 10am-6pm

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be answering the phone to customers
• Taking referrals over the phone
• Administration of customer’s accounts
• Inputting information onto the system and opening incoming post

REQUIREMENTS

• Good Excel knowledge would be beneficial, the ability to filter, highlight and move columns
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to suit customers’ needs
• Previous customer service experience – doesn’t have to be in an office environment
