OVERVIEW

We have a wonderful opportunity to join a friendly team as a Resourcing Business Partner. Working closely with the HR team in this newly created role you’ll be responsible for focusing on the direct sourcing model by helping to facilitate the end to end recruitment process including advertising, candidate attracting, and selection through to on-boarding.

 

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Responsible for building talent pipelines for key roles and new sites within the organisation through the development of innovative attraction, retention and selection techniques
  • Apply knowledge of education industry recruitment standards e.g. Safer Recruitment legislation, Data Protection requirements and Equal Opportunities best practise to ensure compliance
  • Upskill and develop recruiter skills across the organisation
  • Lead on the development of the Employer Brand alongside the HR team
  • To provide an effective administration service to support the recruitment process from approval to on-boarding
  • Prepare documentation including; Job Descriptions, Recruitment Requests, Interview Question templates, Offers etc.
  • Arranging job interviewing schedules for all job vacancies
  • Experience of and active in relevant talent attraction tools using social media
  • Support assessment centres for bulk recruitment campaigns
  • Ensure candidate’s expectations are managed effectively and feedback is provided wherever possible
  • Manage posting of job vacancies using a variety of recruitment channels and to monitor their success in terms of responsiveness, quality and costs
  • Actively explore cost saving candidate attraction strategies
  • Develop talent pool of internal and external candidates
  • Ensuring compliance with safer best practise and appropriate employment legislation

  • Commercially focused with a proven track record of driving an Employer Brand
  • Previous recruitment experience; ideally a blend of agency and in-house
  • Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks
  • Effective organisational and communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Well networked
  • Excellent relationship building and administrative skills
  • Experience of covering multi-site role would be advantageous
