How about working in an open environment where you sit in the same office as your key stakeholders, and you can just pick up your laptop and sit next to them for a couple of hours. Agreeing the comms plan has never been easier.
Take your pick of the location; a quirky meeting room, an open plan office, or a meeting room built in the garden where you can catch some rays whilst putting together the comms strategy for the year!
You’ll be looking at new channels to develop a smoother and more engaging internal comms journey. You’ll have support from the marketing team who will be uploading content to the intranet whilst you put together the new company social media channels. It’s a standalone role, where there is a real scope to make a difference.
Your stakeholders are larger than life, and love to embrace new ideas.
You’ll have responsibility to over 1000 staff within a business that has extremely ambitious growth plans across the UK; 20% year on year over the next few years to be exact, so this role is becoming more and more important.
